Returns and Exchanges RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 15 days of delivery (we would like products be packed in its original pack as delivered if possible). You will receive the refund within 2-3 business days after the return of the item. To proceed with the return correctly, please, contact us via our email - (email@example.com) and explain the matters of your situation as well as to give us the tracking information on a returned package. If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same item. In the event that it is out of stock, you can pick out any other item of the same value or receive a refund. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS Even though we are proud to announce that we keep a great variety of products in stock, occasionally certain items can be placed on back order. You will be notified via email if this occurs. If you do not wish to wait for item availability, you may cancel your order. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay. If we are unable to deliver the item within 15 days, your order will be automatically canceled and refunds issued. If only part of your order was canceled, refunds will be issued accordingly (for the canceled item(s).
